Bought a Townhouse home in 2018 in Maywood, Arlington, VA. Review for Member: Buchi C. Offodile Buchi helped us navigate through our first home buying experience. After a couple months of viewing properties, we successfully found and purchased a condo in Arlington. Buchi guided us throughout the entire process from start to finish. He provided comparisons of properties, insight on seller expectations, and suggestions on negotiation tactics. He is professional, savvy, and knowledgeable.
