David McCoy has lived in the Washington DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area for the past 25 years. David came to the DMV in 1997 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He later received a double master’s degree in Business Administration and Strategic Management from the Indiana University-Bloomington. David served 16 years as Senior Vice President of a United States Department of Defense (DoD) contractor. He has always had a passion for Real Estate. He bought several homes in the DMV area and remembered the challenges he faced. David wants to help ensure his clients do not face the same frustrations that many home buyers experience today.
Speaking of himself: “I have great communication skills and work well with others. I am a great choice because I’m honest, loyal, trustworthy, and most importantly, I care! I believe I represent more than just myself and that my actions affect those who believe in me. With that in mind, I take pride in everything I do, especially when it comes to representing someone else’s interest. I value my character more than anything. Thus, no one will ever be able to question it. My passion is helping people, and real estate allows me to do that!”
