David McCoy has lived in the Washington DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area for the past 25 years. David came to the DMV in 1997 after graduating with a bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He later received a double masterās degree in Business Administration and Strategic Management from the Indiana University-Bloomington. David served 16 years as Senior Vice President of a United States Department of Defense (DoD) contractor. He has always had a passion for Real Estate. He bought several homes in the DMV area and remembered the challenges he faced. David wants to help ensure his clients do not face the same frustrations that many home buyers experience today.

I am a young, passionate go-getter with a bubbly personality and a great sense of humor. I moved to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area about 8 years ago immediately after graduating from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana with a degree in Industrial Design. After working in the United States Senate as a Communications Assistant, my mentor and I started a consulting company aimed at helping small business owners break through plateaus by implementing systems and leveraging the business ownerās assets. Despite the success of this venture, we decided to table the business in pursuit of other, more pressing opportunities. This is when I decided to become an agent.
