Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Bowie, MD. I was introduced to Billy by a customer. As a first time home buyer I didn't have any experience in realty. When I met Billy he explained all I needed to know in a simple English for a lay person. Billy is different, he is in this business to make money but he thinks about his client first. I have an example. I, on my own searched and found one house (not recommended by him), we went for inspection and the house was flooded, the seller promised to fix it but My realtor (Billy) advised that we back out because he know that am a lady and cannot deal with that. Then he recommeded some houses from where I choose my HOME. And to crown it all, he gave me a FREE truck to move in with. It was an easy process that I would like to do it again with him. I recommend him to any home buyer because he is experienced, efficient, respectful and reliable.
